Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
This five-day course teaches practical communication practices and the tool skills needed for reliable project coordination. You will learn to set up shared workspaces, run focused meetings, and keep status information accurate. The curriculum targets common causes of delay and rework caused by unclear handoffs and fragmented information. Sessions use real project scenarios and hands-on exercises.
1. Configure project workspaces and task boards to track assignments, dependencies, priorities, and deadlines.
2. Create and maintain a communication plan that defines channels, update cadence, audience, and escalation paths.
3. Run efficient meetings and written updates: set agendas, capture decisions and actions, and distribute concise status reports.
4. Use tool features (notifications, permissions, tags/labels, filters) to reduce questions and keep information discoverable.
5. Apply templates and handoff checklists to standardize messages, meeting notes, and status dashboards and reduce rework.
